1. Why did you name your work, “PWO’ which are your first, middle, and last name initials”?
I originally started to make bags for myself. When I started to make them to sell, I decide to make a label that was something personal and also that could pay tribute to my family lineage.
2. What is the main concept/theme of your work?
It is to create something beautiful that you can use in a variety of situations and at the same time very durable and last for a long time. I'm kind of a person who is carrying many things always, and the bags I had bought in the past did not last for a long time, so I started to make my own.
3. What would you hope for kira kira life customers when they use your bags?
They feel good knowing that they have purchased a good quality bag which was made with lots of love.
4. What is your favorite quote?
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." — Oscar Wilde
5. What do you do when you're feeling low?
If I can I go surfing, I go. If not, I close my eyes, take a deep breath, and repeat a few times, “I am love, I am peace, and everything is going to be alright.”
