Mayura
These traditional thimbles, Kaga Yubinuki, can be worn as rings, necklaces (with chains), or can be adored as art work at your home or at your office.
They are from the Ishikawa prefecture, also known as the Kaga area of Japan. Ishikawa is famous for Kaga Yuzen Kimono. Kaga Yuzen seamstresses would make these thimbles with left over silk threads.
It may not be an every-day accessory, but let it brighten your very special occasions even more. Each art work was individually handcrafted.
Attention:
Because the rings are thicker than usual rings, it is recommended to have a couple of sizes larger than your ring size. If it does not fit you right, we can exchange. Here is the return policy.

If you cannot find the right size with the design you liked, write to us. We can ask the artist to create the custom ring for you.
To maintain your jewelry in pristine condition:
- Avoid contact with chemicals, oils, and liquid in general.
- In case of water contact, remove and allow it to dry naturally.
- Small dirt marks can be removed by wiping gently with a damp cotton tip.
特別な日の装いに伝統芸術を身につけて
加賀ゆびぬきとは？
加賀ゆびぬきの歴史は、石川県の加賀友禅のお針子さんたちが、お正月休みに余った絹糸を使って、自分用のゆびぬきとして作り始めたのが始まりです。着物柄付けの染め色に合わせて糸を変えて仕立てるために、細切れに出る余り糸も大切にしていたそうです。
それぞれが手作りの作品です。
注意点：
これらの指輪は普通の指輪よりも太いデザインですので、普段の指輪サイズよりも2つほど大きいサイズがちょうど良いようです。私の指のサイズは10号なのですが、この指ぬき指輪は12号か13号のものが、丁度良かったです。もしジャストフィットでない場合は、交換できますので、おっしゃってください。こちらがリターンポリシーです。

もし気に入られたデザインがお客様のお求めのサイズでない場合、お知らせください。アーティストにお客様の指輪サイズで同じデザインのものを作ってもらいますので。
また、日本在住のお客様は、お好みの商品がkira kira lifeのあるマウイのみならず、この指ぬきを作られている日本在住のアーティストの手元にもあるかもしれませんので、その場合は支払われる送料がお安くなりますので（国内郵便）、ご一報ください。送料を調整させて頂きます。
お手入れ方法：
- 液体一般、オイル、また科学的な液体との接触は避けてください。
- 万が一水で濡れた際は、自然乾燥させてください。
- 小さな汚れは湿らした綿棒で優しく拭くことで取り除けます。
